First, I wanna welcome all our new members. Thanks for joining us at Orikero Registration. Though we're small now, we have plans to make the group a fun place to be in.

Now, I want to apologize for all the journal entries and missing information all around. We have many ideas, but many of them need more planning. This is where you guys come in. We'd love to hear what you guys think of the group so far.

What do you like?
What do you dislike?
What would you like to see in the group?
Do you have suggestions to make things better?
Do you have any ideas for events?
Is the information easy to access?

We'd love to know! We wanna hear what our members have to say.

Another thing I would like to ask all of you is: If we had a meet up in the group chat, at what time and day would be easiest for you? You see, we have a chat, but we rarely coincide because of our schedules.

Also, we are currently working on our swap shop, where we can buy things with our kero kash. However, we still need to do some sort of contest or event so members can win some kash to spend.

We've considered holding art contests for each keronian holiday. Sadly, we haven't thought of something for March, because of this we're holding our first contest.

May Event Contest

In this contest creativity is key. Whoever comes up with the most imaginative keronian event or holiday for the month of May will win 100_kk. Members that participate automatically receive 10_kk just for being part of the event!

Here is an example of an entry.
National Photograph Month
National Photograph Month is celebrated in the month of May. It is an event where everyone grabs their cameras and start recording their lives. May is also a month where they go through old pictures to reminisce.
National Photography Month is all about keeping the memory alive.

Why May, instead of March you ask? Because if we do a holiday or event for the month of May we actually get to celebrate it when the month comes! This contest is held in March, but members will be creating a event or holiday for the coming month of May! So don't get confused.

Contest Rules

You don't need to have your Orikero registered to enter, you do however, need to be a member of the group to enter.

Submissions will be stored in our contest folder, right here. Entries that aren't in that folder by March 31^st will not be considered for any prize.

You may enter as many entries as you'd like, but only one will be chosen.

There's no need to make art for it. We will only be judging the creativity of the event itself, so a text deviation would be fine.
_{However, making art for the event or holiday might help us see the vision you had of the event or holiday.}

Let's refrain from touchy subjects.
_{Be careful with religious, violent or political events. We wouldn't want to offend anyone.}

The contest will run until the end of March (March 31, 2012). On that day Forget-beam and me (KUM0M0) will judge the entries. We will announce the winners once we've gone through all of them. Remember, you can submit various entries, but only one will be chosen. The prizes are as follows:

First place - 100_kk and your event or holiday added to our events calender.
Second place - 50_kk
Third place - 10_kk
Honorable Mention - This entry might not of won anything, but it's definitely worth mentioning.
